Leadership has killed the culture

Pros

Some nice people still work here.

Cons

Leadership doesn’t care about the people that work here or customers that don’t spend enough money. The principles are just words on the wall these days, they don’t mean anything. Our leaders lack vision and direction, and decisions are made based on what competitors do, not an original thought in the group. Experienced people keep leaving and they aren’t replaced, their tasks are handed to others without training or pay raises. Executive directors can’t agree on how to move forward with anything so progress is painful and slow.

Pros

Decent benefits and pay for Albuquerque.

Cons

Disorganized and disconnected upper management. No path for career development due to culture and lack of foresight by leadership.
