Pros

They have a good re-location package

Cons

HR is a joke, poorly managed and if you have a problem they send you to management who are not on your side. Managers hire friends and family which makes for awkward work situations. They have deep pockets so not worthwhile to litigate with them, they just pay you off to keep your mouth shut.

Pros

Pretty good benefits is the only pro

Cons

They have a quota system to put females into management, qualified or not. This has made for a very hostile environment. The females that have earned their way are just as mad as the males regarding this situation. Then foreigners are also brought into the US and promptly prompted over very qualified US workers. Visas for Rio Tinto should be investigated.
