Pros

-Pays well -2-on, 2-off rotation out of Edmonton/Yellowknife -Good/friendly people to work with -Not much life left in the mine so severance is right around the corner

Cons

-Long working hours (+12/day) where it sometimes feels taboo to ask for overtime pay. -High production and development targets make it feel like we're under a constant squeeze.
