Pros

Global organisation with good values. Long serving employees. Caring and considerate managers. Very flexible with working from home.

Cons

Too many chiefs due to the size of the organisation. Culture of fear makes decision making slow and cumbersome. People in lower management positions are vocal about being “busy” but not producing very much. Difficult to effect change for this reason.
