Pros

Most employees are genuinely aiming to be the best at what they do, and typically pride themselves on the quality of their work.

Cons

This organisation has perfected the art of performative workplace respect, and culture. The reality is, investing in people evaporates when there is an org restructuring (constant and brutal) or someone decides - removing you is the most efficient option, not the right option. The hunger games has nothing on this organisation. Unless you’re ruthless, cunning, and play a persuasive game with precision - keep a watch over your shoulder. Everyday Respect is a weapon, not a unilateral practice. A modern day mirage, curated to convince spectators that things are getting “better”.
