Cons
Purple circles, Exclusion of lower workers in team functions. HR more focused on Company, then workers. KPI's focus in hiring model. No, to little family future in business options or assistance to help family get job options even though they sell family focused business. So many benefits for younger families but if your not having kids, you dont get compensated in anyway leaving workers who arent in that situation generally burnt out constantly under pressure.
