Pros

The pros were higher salaries

Cons

They talk a lot of talk about safety but when it comes down to it they are to cheap to protect their employees

Pros

Large company with decent salary and benefits.

Cons

Highly political work culture. Red tape and road blocks to any initiative unless backed by higher management. Annual Bonuses and promotions based on personal liking. No recognition for hard work (billets given to ppl for just about 'turning up for work') Boyz club culture with factions ruling the operation. Management had no clue and every three years a new GM comes with his 'own cronies' with a mission to change the world and after about three years falls on his sword resulting in rudderless employees.

Pros

Great growth opportunities in global company.

Cons

Lack of accountability leads to longer periods to get approvals completed.
