Pros

Senior management are putting in place initiatives so as to engage with employees more. Work culture is great, with a strong push for diversity and inclusion and breaking down silos

Cons

Like most big organisations, there are a lot of bureucracies and red tapes, which slows down a lot of approval process and limits introduction of new initiatives/projects.

Pros

Relatively flat hierarchy in the company, it is easy to raise concerns or issues with higher management directly. Allows for all employees' voices to be heard. Work-life balance is well advocated too, with good employee benefits.

Cons

Constant changes to structure and jobs, leading to uncertainty and difficulty (temporarily) in adapting and performing within current roles.
