      The company has a great share scheme, medcial cover and other salary packaging benefits

      Cons

      Management can sometimes be unproffessional or even cowboyish. Most are very respectable but there are a few that let the team down but as they have good technical and working knowledge they are generally left to there own devices to acheive the desired results.
