      Too much politics No career path No career opportunities Not challenging You never know how long you will have a job.. Leadership and major changes happening all the time Recently in May Riotino laid off and is outsourcing all of it and other parts of the business .. I seen people hired on and let go 6months afterwards .. Horrible to feel you might not have a job tomorrow

      Poor leadership, managers and technical service managers do not provide adequate supervision or discipline when safety an issue with enforcement of SOPs Do not provide adequate support or staff to complete assigned tasks.
