Very conservative culture with lots of red tape and a seemingly anti-innovation sentiment that contradicts the advertised company values. It's very rare to be promoted internally, most employees that are have left and come back a few years later in higher positions.

- Unless you participate in office politics, you will be held back ( you have to kiss a lot of backside) - A blind eye is often the norm for the favorite employees - Supervisors' workloads are stretched beyond belief - Management does not practice what they preach (do as I say - not as I do) - The HR department is a revolving door which leads to inconsistencies in policies & procedures
