      - Great work life balance and overall culture - Opportunities to work with a lot of great people - Opportunities to work on fun problems - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Has become very corporate, especially at the middle to upper management layer which hurts the companies ability to deliver - Culture is really team dependent, some teams are great, others are not, all depends on the leadership of the orgs.

      Working on a game team is like working at a startup but with less runway challenges.

      Cons

      As Riot has scaled up to multiple games, made a TV show, and tried to become the next Disney, it has spread itself too thin and isn't executing well at anything anymore.
