Riot has quite the motley crew of characters, but they are some of brightest and most interesting group of people I have worked for. They come from a very diverse background and work extremely hard to accomplish amazing work!

Cons

They work a lot of nights and weekends, which is o.k. if your are single. The office humor can be fairly graphic.

Flat organization, you can talk to CEO and president directly. Every Rioter is very passionate about making awesome games.

Cons

Frankly speaking, it is VERY BUSY here. As the company goes bigger and bigger, it is inevitable that the problems many big companies have will appear gradually.

Growth opportunities. Coaching. Great leadership team. Employees are cared for. Believes in its mission. Solid talent in engineering, game design, and art. Plenty of resources available to control destiny. Fun team. Humble but challenging the norm.

Cons

A lot of work, still need to hire more people, but anyone can move the company forward. Office not yet on par with top tech startups. Expensive to live near office. Not family oriented company.
