Pros

No pro, horrible company. Avoid it at all costs.

Cons

The company abuse the product users, creates toxic enviornment to play in. Punishes players and communicty for building such toxic game and enviornment and only focuses on profit. Intentionally manipulating in game matchmaking to fuel toxicity and does not real problems.

Pros

High benefits and salaries Best health insurance Agile So many network options Various learning and development opportunites Lots of fun Everyone (almost everyone) is very passionate about the projects, esports events and the needs of players

Cons

Well, it's not always butterflies and rainbows, you're stuck in your region with your local, tiny leaders with huge ego Looks like a global company, but there is always a manager who wants to sit on the throne (they sit eventually and you try to survive) Great idea, great values, everything is just perfect and ready, but there're also selfish, spoiled, greedy managers who ruin the whole spirit
