Pros

Provides a sense of security. Great benefits and pay.

Cons

A lot of internal politics and people working against each other instead of together, mostly due to everyone fighting for ownership of things instead of focusing more on collaboration.

Pros

-Get to work with some of the most talented developers in gaming -Few barriers to exploring your passions and finding what drives your best work -Ability to contribute to products that will be played by millions of players around the world

Cons

-Entrenched senior leadership that struggles to make timely decisions -Two classes of employees, the old guard and the incredible talent they hire -Often, promotion to the upper ranks seems to be based more on who you know than the meaningful impact you've had on the player experience
