Pros

Great benefits, flexible working hours

Cons

Cult like behavior at the top of the company, values have been lost from multiple rounds of layoffs, consolidation of roles has led to employees being overworked

Pros

Extremely passionate company that's all about focusing on the players.

Cons

Extremely passionate company that's all about focusing on the players, sometimes to a fault or without business health considerations.

Pros

Working at Riot often felt like I was working at a cult, but a really fun cult. Buying into the Riot Company Values is a must to succeed here. They are not bad values though. I thought I was paid well, had great benefits and unlimited PTO.

Cons

So I ended up leaving because I was offered a Director role at another company. Riot had kept pushing back my promotion on a quarterly basis, so I left.
