Pros

I've been with Riot for a little over four years and it's really changed my perspective on work as a while. I used to think of company values as just a marketing thing (makes sense--I'm in marketing), but at Riot I've found that Riot's values (Player Experience First, etc) are actually meaningful. People actually believe in what they're doing and delivering for players. And Riot knows that doing that means hiring great people, paying them well, and avoiding industry issues like crunch.

Cons

The company has gotten big and it's not easy to get things done. There are a lot of stakeholders who all care a lot. So sometimes it feels like there's red tape to cut to get things done.
