      Laid-back surf company, with a work hard, play hard vibe. Good place to acquire skills for future careers.

      Cons

      Rip Curl doesn't treat their employees very well, and turnover is high. Don't expect to get promoted or get a raise unless the company is desperate. High-Demanding job, very little rewards.

      Fun environment to work at when you have great management and the rest of the staff to get you through your shifts!

      Not too many down sides. They should kick out all the drunks that come in though haha
