      Pros

      Good, like minded, hard working co-workers.

      Cons

      Large chasm between management and entry level employees. Not sure how they compel workers to continue to put out maximum effort for little or no reward. The mantras of "promotion from within" are used as the carrot to keep people in line. Little or no room for creative input until you are middle management or above. Endless stream of potential applicants looking to live the dream, they have no problem replacing entry level employees that aren't towing the company line.

      Rip Curl has a good sense of community in the work place Good discount on merchandise Promote from within Good work / life balance

      Cons

      I honestly have nothing bad to say. The plumbing occasionally acts up but thats about it. I have heard from some that the pay is not competitive but have not experienced that myself.
