Pros

Ripple Effect is a company that exemplifies its values of innovation, intelligence, initiative, and impact. The people I work with here are smart, capable and caring. It's a great environment to learn and grow in and a place where there are always new challenges. It's also great to be mentored by strong women in senior leadership!

Cons

Ripple focuses a lot on technology and optimizing processes. If you don't like trying out new software or continuously improving, it's not the place for you! This isn't really a con, but it definitely could be something that not everyone is looking for.

We have to agree that loving all things techie and being comfortable using new and different software platforms is a must for Future Ripplers. We're always looking to improve and challenge the status quo.
