Small startup without product market fit cosplaying a big company. This means good comp and benefits.

Cons

Ripple is less than 1,000 employees, but the slow processes and bureaucracy makes it feel a lot bigger. Hired a lot of FAANG employees with no experience in the start up world yielded activity without much benefit.
