Pros
- Teams really try to stay on top of it and organized. Lots of resources for employees to be successful if you learn how to use them. - Onboarding is great, that's what Rippling is known to do well and I've experienced it with receiving my work laptop early and having the access required at the time needed. - Competitive pay and benefits. Very easy to choose your options and understand what each benefit entail/is going to cost. - Remote work and no inbound calls.
Cons
- As the product itself is complex, there's a lot you must learn and it might take some time to feel comfortable on the job. - You might not know which team/product you will end up being added to until you start working. The nature of work/clients and cases you work on depend a lot on this, so it's a lottery. - Management's been a bit unclear/confusing in my experience. - Stakes are a bit on the higher end when it comes to expectations.
