Pros

None whatsoever that I can think of

Cons

1. Organizational Disarray: There seems to be a lack of structure and organization within the company. This includes insufficient training and inadequate documentation processes. 2. Top-Heavy Focus: The company appears to prioritize the interests of higher-level executives, often at the expense of broader employee needs. This is evidenced by the introduction of ineffective processes and the over-extension of client commitments. 3. Inadequate Leadership Support: Leadership support is lacking, which trickles down through the organizational hierarchy, leaving employees feeling unsupported and overburdened. 4. Workplace Stress: The work environment is described as extremely stressful, to the extent that it negatively impacts employees’ physical and mental health. 5. Management Concerns: The simultaneous departure of multiple managers is a red flag, indicating deeper issues within the company.

Great Product, Awful Place to Work

Pros

They're pretty bad at understanding the market, so you can increase your salary by a lot, especially if you come from blue chip companies or prestigious universities. There's a lot of smart people that work there. The product is really good.

Cons

There's ZERO work/life balance They will retaliate and fire you if you are insubordinate The benefits are expensive (which is funny given the product) They have monthly KPIs and if you don't hit them, they will fire you, even if you take a vacation Everyone there is fake happy. It's this really weird rah rah feeling when everyone is together with an underlying depression attached The nepotism and favoritism is blatant. This is the 4th time I've written a review, and the other 3 were taken down. Management asked us to write good reviews when I was there because of all the bad reviews. They really care about this stuff. It's just a really bad place to work, so be prepared. Accept the money and the stock, but understand that they will fire you for very, very little and work you to the bone. They were anti DEI well before Trump got in office. I guess you can say they're ahead of the curve!
