Pros

Working 9-5 Monday through Friday. No weekends. You go to work and grow as a person. I love making a difference in the lives of the people we support. It's fun watching them grow and improve by the week as you teach them new skills. Coworkers are genuinely good people. Making a difference feels good. The company has a philosophy of promoting from with in. Pay is decent.

Cons

It can be overwhelming and stressful at times. Communication can be lacking . The workload can be a bit much at times, but the day goes by fast that way.

Pros

Autonomous job in which you don't have someone watching your every move. You are free to decide how to get things done.

Cons

No established career path. No raises. Poor organizational communication. Poor training processes.
