Pros

Very client centered. Workers are very dedicated and focused on going the distance for clients and working as a team. Creative staff.Variety in daily tasks .

Cons

Understaffed for workload leads to exhaustion and burnout for many employees, low pay compared to effort required of staff. Micromanagement from immediate leadership and no communication with senior leadership. Raises scheduled and not based on performance. Benefits package minuscule.

Pros

Extremely rewarding, and the opportunity to meet a lot of really great people. Industry standard pay and benefits.

Cons

Too many layoffs and cut backs. This has resulted in overworked and burnt out employees that feel like they don't have job security. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement.
