Pros

Bar none, this is by far one of the best organizations I've ever had the pleasure to work for. From the top down, the leadership is great! The culture is very open and encouraging. Everyone I worked with was a true team player and would go above and beyond to help their team, employees, vendors, trades, etc. They have very competitive pay and take care of their employees. The people team was amazing as well - very approachable and always made time for people with questions or needing some guidance.

Cons

The cons are more related to the industry itself. It is very cyclical and that unfortunately results in decrease in team numbers, more work, RIF's or layoffs. If homebuilding is an industry you are passionate about, be prepared to navigate the highs and the lows and it will be a great career!
