This company has an amazing emphasis on work life balance. I am happy with the vacation/sick time provided as well as our health benefits. They match not only our 401k but our HSA as well. Majority of the people that work for the company are great team players and are incredibly kind.

Cons

Communication and understanding of rolls within the company are majorly lacking when it comes to the basic positions. The management team members lack in accountability amongst their team and themselves. Which makes it a frustrating environment to work in when you put heart and soul into working hard.
