Ritchie Brothers cares about it's employees as well as it's customers. Executive management has been attentive to employee concerns, and has been flexible with change brought on by the pandemic. Ritchie Brothers provides opportunities for personal and professional growth. Management actively meets with employees to build working relationships and assist with personal growth and productivity.

Cons

At this time - there are several internal systems that must be learned and utilized to be successful; however, Ritchie Brothers has recognized this as a problem and is actively working to improve system integrations for more efficient results.

Great co-workers Laid back atmosphere Great opportunities to learn new heavy equipment

Cons

Management Hours Forced travel Rom' if you are not liked or have certain questions you will be replaced and human resources would rather replace you then deal with the issues in this yard. This yard has lost over 75 yrs experience under this rom and when hr gets involved it's usually after the good employee has been let go. If you want to work for a great company avoid the northeast location
