Good benefits. Great safety program. Corporate web site sounded like a great place to work.

Cons

Location was previously another auction house, RB took over but kept associates. Some were old school, not appropriate nor professional. One seemed threatened by new associates and went out of her way to make you fail. This site has turned over at least 6 people in this position in less than 2 years. She seemed proud of this.

Innovative, premium products, committed to long term growth and great customer experience. Great people.

Cons

Working on improving their tech package but there are many legacy systems that will need to be retired, so lots of systems to learn and some are at end of life. Work life balance can be tough.
