Pros
The company puts in an honest effort to make employees happy. They have a gym and childcare on site at the head office. There's an employee appreciation day and overall it is a positive place to work.
Cons
The executive management was controlling. They did not seem interested in feedback from employees or from the field. Ultimately, this made my job feel meaningless. I wasn't happy in the end and had to move on.
