Great People to work with outside of the leadership team. Cool industry to learn about.
Cons
Everything is a fire drill, compliance is not adhered to on any level and there are so many ticking time bombs at corporate that will turn into other fires. Be proactive and listen to your employees, they can tell you what is not working. Fix it, don't look the other way. Growth is great, but at what expense to whole business imploding.
