Pros

Benefits, flexible schedule, no uniform

Cons

There’s a high chance of being laid off if you work in Asset Protection. If you like the company then switch to being a sales associate, because they laid off a lot of their APA. Also there’s zero room for growth since the highest rank is Regional Leader which requires high management experience.
