Pros

The manager was flexible with the schedule to allow me to work at another job, since I needed a second source of income. I worked mainly alone when competing tasks within the store.

Cons

The pay is not great, at all. The stores receive a monthly newsletter from the company that is displayed on the break room. The entire newsletter consists of how the company is watching you and how many internal thefts they caught within the past month. It really diminishes moral when you feel like the company you work for thinks you're a thief just waiting for the right time to steal. There is a lot of manual work, which I didn't mind but it is something that should be pointed out.

Pros

I would like to say a little bit more but the job was nothing more than a losey Pay check. Pay is not even decent but it is still a decent income.

Cons

One of the worst company to work for. You are treated like a number nothing more nothing less. All decisions are made at corporate level and the shoved down the management pipeline. The company has no vision or strategy and clearly reflects the caliber of the executive team.
