Not a career.

Pros

Always something to do, never boring. Generally good teams on store level. They are flexible when you need off for the most part.

Cons

You won't be paid fairly for the amount of work you do, and the workload is constantly growing. Not enough payroll hours to complete the work that needs to be done, then you get chewed up for not getting everything done.
