Pros

Great flexibility with hours, managers (for the most part) are always looking to help you advance, salary is okay and paycheck is always on time

Cons

Good employees are not shown appreciation as much as they should, management sometimes puts tasks on you that you have not even been properly trained for, customers are usually very rude and expect you to always meet their each and every need (even when sometimes you could get in serious trouble)

Pros

Best reasons to work here: there aren't any.

Cons

Terrible staffing, budgets cuts, horrid pay, lead in fear, don't train well, no management backup.
