Pros

Great software, nice incentive programs. I was a loyal, happy employee for 4 years but things are changing.

Cons

Never enough help, and the help we do have is borderline worthless, but no one will do anything about it.

Pros

There really isn't any. I work with some nice people but that's it.

Cons

The pay is horrible. My boss is a complete jerk. He honestly doesn't have a clue how to manage a store, he was just recently promoted. He should have been trained. The company itself has some pretty stupid policies. Just the entire way they operate is horrible.
