Pros

Software program user friendly and always upgrading to all computer to track alot of items useful in managing a pharmacy.

Cons

Always trying to cut back tech hours almost to the point of hurting customer service. Also adding 15 minute guarantees.

Pros

-You're given easy work most of the time. -You're immediate coworkers are friendly. -Location is great, so you get quite a bit of business day to day. -You do a little bit of everything at first.

Cons

-Management rarely lets you know if you're doing your work wrong. Redoes the work themselves instead of giving constructive criticism. -Will keep you in same position for long period of time if you're good at it, giving you no room to grow in the store.
