Pros

20% associate discount Store is unionized Great health insurance if you qualify Some coworkers are like family Decent store manager (at my store, anyway)

Cons

It is very difficult to do all the tasks and provide great customer service because there are only ever 2 or 3 people on the front end at a given time. (It's usually just the 2.) They randomly cut the hours pretty badly, so you probably should have a part time job elsewhere if you work here. Customer service is based on whatever script they want you to use instead of something more natural. They are changing the dress code to a really strict one. We will no longer be allowed to wear sneakers when we have to spend several hours standing. They fine the stores if you get a customer complaint, no matter how justified or unjustified it is. The pay per hour really isn't enough.
