Pros

Customer service experience gained and the benefits overall. 20% off wireless phone bill is one of the great benefits. Select are also part of 1199 SEIU.

Cons

You are expendable. The second you "violate policy" no matter how big or small and no matter your seniority you will be terminated.

-hours are ALWAYS being cut -upper level management is out of touch -the company in general I out of touch -do more withe less attitude

I worked Part-Time and they are very flexible with the working schedule.

Cons

Every two weeks you need to work Friday or Saturday an overnight shift.
