The second you show any leniency, management walks all over you. There is no praise for hard work. They only pick out everything that's not done and criticize you for it. Unrealistic expectations pertaining to allotted time to finish work. Lazy co-workers who abuse "cigarette breaks". No help when needed. Extremely rude customers when it comes to discounts and coupons. If you are a supervisor, you will be sent all over the area to different locations sometimes hours away. No set schedule. They will change your schedule mid week and not notify you about it. Not worth the money.

Working holidays etc. Probably all going to be open for Xmas this year. Cut budgets a great deal this year, especially in the Rx. And right after introducing the 15 minute guarantee. That just shows how clueless corp is right there.
