Pros

- If you have good coworkers like mine, they become like family over time. We're all close and very supportive of each other... some days, that's the only reason we can handle the work environment. - Some of the customers are great and we love seeing them, and they love seeing us. It's nice to know that someone truly appreciates what you've done for them and genuinely thank you for it.

Cons

- Salary is awful and annual raises are a joke. We get like 10 cent raises but senior management gets million dollar bonuses? Something's not right there. - Store-level personnel are expected to do increasing amounts of work with decreasing amounts of help and there's more pressure from the top to make sure everything is done right and faster. We're only human, how much longer is that going to go on before something seriously goes wrong? Expectations are way too high for this to keep up. - Senior management is way too out-of-touch with how things actually go on at store level.

Pros

Good pay, and good benefits.

Cons

Company is starting to make some headway in getting back onto its feet. Then they start cutting budgets like crazy this fiscal year. My store was up 4% front end, and 9% in the Pharmacy. I was given $300 less per week in FE budget, and the pharmacy was cut from 80 tech hours to 60, while doing 900 scripts per week. Oh ya, and the Pharmacist and one tech have a bunch of people expecting their scripts in 15 minutes. I guess based on this, nobody should expect a raise this year.
