Pros

If you love interacting with people, this is a great place to be. You get to interact with people - employees and customers - every minute.

Cons

Low pay rate. Much lower than the industry standard. Work hours are not flexible and very long 60-70 hours each week. It is impossible to keep a balance between work and social life.
