Pros

The crews I worked with were fun and for the most part had a good work ethic. I enjoyed working in my store.

Cons

Responsibility, loyalty and initiative are not at all valued at this company. The company does not even trust their managers to control such things as heating or air conditioning. The store lights are now out of sync and on to almost midnight and the STORE MANAGER cannot do anything about it. Hours are cut and as a result people lose benefits through no fault of their own. When the minimum wage goes up, only those making less than the new wage are affected... we used to joke that if we worked there long enough we'd all be making minimum wage! There is NO merit pay for the associates - no way to get around the "top of the pay scale " barrier. No chance for advancement unless you are willing to relocate...

Pros

The people are nice I work with and overall the customer base is pretty nice too. It is a great part time job to work through high school and college.

Cons

Bad hours -- I work soo many weekends. I do not get enough hours because they have been cutting hours. I am not appreiciated at all for the work I do there.

Pros

Usually flexible about days off/time of day you can work, though that all depends on your Store manager. I had a positive experience with all of my immediate coworkers.

Cons

The management above store level is in the business of finding scapegoats not solutions to problems. The pay is bad.
