Pros

initial-hire welcome and corporate communication was good cafeteria in workplace is great gym in workplace is great a lot to learn from co-workers middle management from my experience was competent and knowledgeable executives make an effort to communicate company messages and to bring people together

Cons

not much room for growth salaries and increases not so great unless you are a pharmacist some financial decisions turned-out to be questionable work is monotonous

Pros

I enjoy most of the people I work with along with some of the regular customers that come in as well.

Cons

Rite Aid pays horrible with little to no raises. Nobody is ever on the same page which results in bad customer service. Would NEVER shop at Rite Aid if I didn't work there.
