Pros

I loved the customers and it was always great to help them. My pharmacist has a good salary, but for the average employee expect just above minimum wage(with small to no raises after years).

Cons

No breaks for any employees. We got only unpaid lunches. Difficult to get enough hours to maintain health benefits, unrealistic increasing workloads, corporate pressure to fill pain meds from patients early, customer is always right(any complaints no matter the reason (someone was in trouble)), our hours constantly cut, rare lunches given to my pharmacist even during long shifts, 15 minute prescription guarantee, etc. Overall, creates an unsafe environment for patients with many chances of rx errors.
