Pros

The pharmacy staff was excellent. The pharmacists were super nice and easy to get along with. The sales people were very nice as well.

Cons

The pay is not very good and advancement within the company is not the best. District management is very unfriendly and difficult to get a long with.

Pros

There are good health benefit options that are affordable. The pay rates are slightly ahead of the same as compeditors inthe same market areas.

Cons

Mid level managemnt and high level management treat all employees as not only expendable, but while they asy that they want input for new ideas, they actually have no intent to implement any ideas that they receive. Their HR department is useless and not responsive to any concerns about employees. It is up to the employee to find solutions to problems on their own. There are no job postings for any field management or higherthat are available at store level. The company tries to "promote from within", but it is more a selection process thatn an application process.
