Pros
Most of the staff I worked with were great and really made it bearable to deal with nasty customers who felt they were entitled to anything and everything. When I put my time in, human resources and loss prevention were the only ones "sad to see me go" (I spent six years in management)
Cons
My management team refused to work with me, my district manager was difficult to work with (he attempted to write me up for being in the ER for 12+ hours and missing my shift), there is too much work put onto your shoulders and not enough pay, the expectations were too high, management team was willing to sabotage you in order to move ahead, no one was thankful for the work that was done.
