Pros

Helping customers with their prescription needs who were genuinely thankful. Good pay and benefits. Good starting position to develop management skills. Fast paced environment so the days always go by quick

Cons

No lunch break and long days. Tech turnover is very high due to lack of pay - this places a burden on store teams in training in addition to quotas we must meet. Given the recent consolidation in the retail pharmacy industry and the surplus of new grads, pharmacists feel that they are very disposable here
