Pros

My coworkers are like family and customers love me. My job is very customer based and I love having the opportunity to engage customers & show people around my store. I'm very proud of my work

Cons

Understaffed, slow promotions. Very demanding for truck and tags. Such is to be expected, however it's very hard to put stickers on every single product or put truck up when the cashier on duty has a steady line of customers until 15 minutes to close, and the closing MOD has to keep running back and fourth for approval & change & backup etc.

Pros

Enjoy that in the wellness ambassador position you're able to learn about nearly all store operations. That opportunity alone is an impressive resume builder. The networking opportunities and practice in speaking and presentation are invaluable skills used daily

Cons

Honestly, no one really knows what exactly the wellness ambassador does or their job function, as such you get pulled in too many different directions at times.
