Pros

My co-workers and boss are very nice, I will miss them.

Cons

Corporate are just bunch of greedy people who make a lot in the top, the working force takes home $1200 a month, that is pathetic. The CEO takes home 8 mil a year, not right at all.

Pros

Staff is hard working and dedicated. Most want to learn and if you can coach and lead there are many talented people that want to further their careers.

Cons

Upper management does not want to hear problems. If you have an issue and try to get help to resolve you will be rated as needs development. They say that they want to know issues but they don't never speak about problems. They want to be rated the best employer and have all these fake programs that truly mean nothing. You are encouraged to never rate your associates any better than average even if you feel that they work hard. So the question is how can you be the #1 rated employer if your people only achieve average or less ratings. I'm sure all districts are different but the DM in my district does not promote up there is an advanced training program that about 5 of 26 managers are in and when DM positions open none have applied because they are not encouraged by the DM. Truly leadership at its worst.

Pros

The computer system was efficient to process prescriptions.

Cons

Micro management from the upper levels. Undesirable work environment. Unrealistic expectations of staff to perform during limited allowed work hours. The push from upper management to strongly encourage vaccinations to the public, if the quota were not met, there were many threats of termination.
